Our signature operation of spiritual excellence has created a drive to mentor and support spiritual leaders throughout the nation. Through these efforts others have been inspired to maximum participation, support and to mold effective leadership with Kingdom Authority.
The Overseers
APOSTLE PHILLIP DUNCAN and PROPHETESS JACQUELINE DUNCAN are both pastors,
visionaries, teachers, renowned inspirational speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs. Apostle Phillip is a retired United States Marine after 22 years of service. He is an active member of the United Black Clergy, of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and a board member of EBED Community Improvement Inc. Pastor Jacqueline is committed to providing the information, education, and inspiration necessary to enable women, community leaders and others to experience their full potential. She is the CEO of Purpose Pusher Inspire Coaching and a certified advocate for mental health, self-care and healthy living. Together, this power couple, has received numerous meritorious awards, been featured on various radio and digital TV platforms, and has been featured in the Spring 2022 Edition of The Love Nest Magazine. They are recipients of the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. Apostle Phillip and Pastor Jacqueline are the Founders, CEO, and Executive Directors of Leading Ladies of Integrity Inc., a Pastors Wives and Community Organization.

YADA (Youth Are Destined to Achieve)
The YADA ministry ministers to youth from ages 13 to 17. The interactive sessions empower youth and equip them with biblical techniques to withstand societal and peer pressures.
AS ONE – Couples
The As One marriage ministry offers spiritual and practical wisdom using biblical guidance through workshops, retreats, and fellowships to aid in fortifying marriages.

Inspirational Thought on Family
There are three key elements in building a peaceful home life: the relationships between family members, the atmosphere of the home itself, and the way the home is run.

When a family shares principles and values, they grow together. The home becomes a foundation for the family’s shared sense of purpose while providing a springboard for each member to pursue his or her own goals. In such homes, families stay up late talking heart-to-heart about what’s on their minds. Children crowd around grandparents to hear stories. Teenagers debate meaningful issues with each other and with their parents. The whole family gets together — and not just on holidays — for evenings of songs, games, and reminiscing. The home becomes alive, a source of energy and hope, of urgency and love. It is not the tranquility of a home that makes it peaceful; it is the life within.
